Despite my son George only being about 6 weeks old I decided I couldn't turn this job down... and what a job it turned out to be. Of all the jobs I had done for TUI this was my favourite with 12 days of exploring this wonderful varied country from the jungle waterways of the Caribbean coast to the volcanoes and forests of the central region to the dry Pacific coast. All this scenery came with a great selection of the fauna and flora. On an early morning run one day I was greeted by a toucan in a nearby tree before minutes later listening to the roar of Mt Arenal having a small eruption of rocks and smoke... makes the South Downs almost seem dull!
